Great people. Called them the other night because the guys in levittown, toplock, were taking over 3 houra and still never came. Able was half the price extremely quick and no b.s. i appreciated my great service from these guys after i was waiting around for another company all day. No nonsense, profesional qnd quick. I will use them from now on. Even though they are twice the distance from me, they got here in a fraction of the time compared to the other company!
Called the store and (alex) claimed he is someone else and told me there is no refund !!! Are u kidding me ? You made me keys that doesnt work and wasted my time TWICE!
***update... the owner (chad) came to my house free of charge and made me the correct keys .im happy he stepped up and fixed the situation .

Went in and got a garage lock key made by Alex . Had to go back cause it didnt work ! Alex had real bad attitude and rude, he grinned the keys and gauranteed that it should work .... as soon as i got home i tried it and doesnt even fit in the lock !!!
Straight forward, no nonsense, respectable and honest
We had just moved in. Earlier in the week we bought a new deadbolt from Alex at Able Lock (I easily installed it myself). I took a picture with my iphone of the keys from the new lock which included a numerical code. My family mostly uses the electric garage door to enter our house and I hadn't yet gotten a chance to distribute keys for the front door to family members. Wouldn't you know it, my wife and I were out of town and my teenage son called at 3PM to say that the garage door wasn't working and he was locked out?!? I called Alex and asked if he could make a key from the code that I had from the picture of the keys. He said "sure no problem". I texted alex the key/code picture. My son picked up the newly made key a short while later, it worked perfectly and a disaster was averted. Thanks Alex and Able!!
In and out in 3 minutes with a new key, a little rough to get into the lock at first, but with a few insertions/removals the key works flawlessly.
